For these items, the following are not permitted:

Important: any return requests submitted through the automatic portal may be canceled by NIKLO before shipment.

Should an item from the promotion still be returned and delivered to our premises, the return will not be accepted, and the item will be sent back to the customer.

I also recommend changing the page title from “Order and Return Management during Summer” to something more current, such as “Returns, Exchanges, and Sales Conditions”, so it doesn't sound like a temporary communication related to the summer period.
