Shipping

Shipments to Italy and abroad are made via SDA. As required by trade regulations, all shipments are accompanied by an official invoice declaring the value of each item in euros. For sale items, the invoice shows the discounted amounts.

Orders are shipped by NIKLO', Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 1:30 PM. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed starting the following Monday morning.

Orders for items already in stock are shipped the first business day following the order placement, subject to confirmation of merchandise availability. Your credit card will be charged on the day of your order.

In all cases, NIKLO' reserves the right to postpone shipment in the event of force majeure.

All customers who place an order establish a business relationship with NIKLO' and therefore undertake to accept delivery of their package. If for any reason the customer refuses delivery of the shipment or requests a return to sender, any shipping costs charged to NIKLO' will be deducted from any refund due to the customer.

Cash on delivery orders shipped by NIKLÒ that are refused or canceled upon delivery will block this payment method for future purchases. In such cases, only advance payments will be accepted as a form of guarantee for the expenses incurred.

Once the shipment reaches its destination, the insurance ceases to be valid.
