☀️ Important communication – Summer Period

Throughout the month of August, order shipments in Italy will continue regularly, without interruption, according to normal expected times.

However, we would like to inform you that from August 11th to August 24th, the only limitations will concern the management of returns and exchanges, which will be processed starting from August 25th, as indicated in our Returns Policy: CLICK HERE 

Regarding international shipments, all orders confirmed by August 7th at 10:30 AM (Italian time) will be regularly handed over to the courier before the summer break. International orders received after this time will be shipped starting from August 25th, following the chronological order of receipt.

Shipments

Shipments in Italy are made via SDA courier.
For international shipments, the courier may vary depending on the destination and geographical area; among the main partners used are DHL, UPS, and other selected express couriers.

All orders are accompanied by an official invoice, issued in accordance with current trade regulations, indicating the value of individual items in Euros. For discounted items, the invoice will show the already discounted amounts.

Orders are processed by NIKLÒ from Monday to Friday, between 10:00 AM and 1:30 PM.
Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be handled starting from the first available working day.

Orders containing immediately available items are usually handed over to the courier within 24/48 working hours from order confirmation. During periods of high demand, sales, or holidays, timings may vary.

NIKLÒ reserves the right to postpone shipments in the presence of force majeure, extraordinary events, or situations beyond its control.

Any shipping insurance is valid until the moment the goods are delivered to the recipient.

By placing an order, the Customer establishes a commercial relationship with NIKLÒ and undertakes to accept delivery of the package. In case of refusal of shipment, failure to collect, or return to sender, any shipping, storage, or handling costs incurred by NIKLÒ will be withheld from any due refund.

Cash on Delivery Orders

Pay comfortably upon delivery, directly to the courier.

Orders placed with cash on delivery require the Customer's commitment to collect the goods upon delivery.

In the event that a cash on delivery order is refused, not collected, or returned to the sender due to reasons attributable to the Customer, NIKLÒ reserves the right to limit or deactivate this payment method for future purchases.

In such circumstances, any subsequent orders may only be accepted with advance payment, as a guarantee for shipping and handling costs incurred.

A commission of €3 will be added to the total order.
