How to make a return
Returns and Exchanges
You have the right to return an item within 14 calendar days from the order delivery, as per the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 21/2014).
⚠️ The 14 days for returns are calendar days (including Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays) and the package must physically arrive at our premises within this deadline. Therefore, it is not enough to open the return request within 14 days: the product must reach the boutique within the established timeframe. For this reason, we recommend initiating the procedure as soon as possible after the order delivery.
Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are at the customer's expense.
Conditions for Return Acceptance
To be accepted, the return must meet the following conditions:
- the product must be intact, unused, and free from alterations;
- the red security tag must not be removed or tampered with;
- the product must correspond to what was declared in the return request;
- the package must be shipped with the return label correctly applied.
For greater protection, we recommend sending a photo of the intact security tag via WhatsApp before shipping the return.
In case of a missing or tampered tag, a worn product, or a return received beyond the specified terms, NIKLÒ reserves the right to refuse the return.
How to Request a Return
To initiate the procedure, use the dedicated portal: EASY RETURN
From the portal, you can choose one of the following options:
- refund;
- size or item exchange;
- purchase voucher as a promotional code.
Choices made during the procedure are final and cannot be modified.
Refund
The refund will be issued via the method selected in the portal.
For orders paid by bank transfer or cash on delivery, the refund will be made via bank transfer: the details must be sent via WhatsApp to +39 350 874 7042.
Size or Item Exchange
You can request an exchange for another size or another item directly from the portal.
- If the new order has a lower value, the difference will be refunded.
- If the value is higher, payment of the difference will be requested.
Purchase Voucher
You can choose a purchase voucher to use on the website.
⚠️ The voucher is non-refundable. We advise you to keep the code received, as it cannot be reissued if lost.
Self-Shipped Return
The return request must be managed independently through our dedicated portal. If it is not possible to use it, the customer can ship the return independently to our premises, respecting the conditions and timelines provided by the policy.
After shipping with your private courier, we ask you to send us the courier receipt via WhatsApp. Once the return is received at the boutique, our staff will verify the conformity of the product and the request, reserving the right to accept or refuse the return in case of non-compliance with the established conditions.

Items Excluded from Return
For hygiene and consumer protection reasons, returns or exchanges are not possible for:
- underwear;
- swimwear without hygienic protection or with removed seals;
- sealed products once opened;
- perfumes;
- personalized items or items made upon request;
- items specially ordered from the company upon customer request.
- items from the "CLEARANCE -60%" promotion.
NIKLÒ also reserves the right to refuse the return of items that show signs of use, alterations, tampering, or that are not in the same condition in which they were shipped.
Return Limits for Jewelry and Accessories
For items such as earrings, necklaces, and bracelets, the return request must be opened within the day following order delivery.
The product must also physically arrive at our premises within 3 calendar days from the opening of the return request.
NIKLÒ reserves the right to refuse the return of accessories that show signs of use, alterations, or tampering, or that are returned beyond the timeframes specified for opening and delivering the return.
Timelines
Once the return is received, NIKLÒ will carry out verification within 1-3 working days.
Creating the shipping label via the portal can take up to 24/48 hours. In case of problems or doubts, our customer service is available.
