How to make a return
Pursuant to and for the purposes of the Consumer Code, as amended by the Legislative Decree. N.21/2014, it is possible to return the purchased goods, without any penalty and without specifying the reason. The package must be present in the boutique within 14 days calendar from the delivery date of the purchased good.
We remind you that it is important not to remove the safety label from the product purchased. Keeping the label intact is essential to preserve the right to return if necessary. We thank you for your attention and are available for any further information.
The options for returning the goods are as follows:
RETURN AND REFUND REQUEST (NO EXCHANGE):
To make use of this right, you must, within the terms indicated, access your personal area of the site and click on "Order history and details" and then select the order for which you wish to make the return.
After completing the form with the requested information, you will need to send the product/products you intend to return, at your own expense and with a courier of your choice.
The shipping address is:

The package must be delivered to the boutique within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods.
Once the returned product has been received, Turning Point srl will proceed, within 14 days, with a refund via Paypal (for payments made with this method) or bank transfer (in the case of payments made by credit card or cash on delivery) of the price paid for the product /the products for which the right of withdrawal has been exercised.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE REQUEST (SIZE OR ITEM):
In the event of an exchange, after receiving the request, TURNING POINT SRL will, at a cost of €10, collect the package containing the item(s) to be returned from the address specified in the email sent.
To proceed with the item/size exchange, you will have to place a new order on www.niklo.eu and specify, in the order notes, the words "NEW PURCHASE FOR REPLACEMENT OF ITEMS".
In the event that the new order is of a lower amount than the original order, TURNING POINT SRL will refund the difference.
