During the Christmas holidays, all orders delivered between December 15th and January 10th benefit from an extended return window of 25 days from the delivery date.

the return procedure remains unchanged and must be carried out according to the methods indicated in this section.

This extension is designed to give you greater peace of mind when doing your Christmas shopping.


HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

In accordance with the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 21/2014), you can return purchased items within 14 calendar days from the delivery date , without any penalty and without having to provide reasons.

Returns or exchanges are not free : shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer .

The choices made during the return procedure are final and cannot be changed .

For returns to be accepted, it is essential that the red security label attached to the product is not removed . Without this label, the return will not be accepted. We always encourage customers to send us a photo via WhatsApp certifying the integrity of the red label, for the protection of both parties. Without this photo, or if the label appears to be tampered with, the return will not be accepted.

It is also mandatory to print and apply the courier's return label to the package .
Do not send packages without the label , as they will not be accepted.

The portal is autonomous and can be used freely by the customer; therefore, the store is not responsible for any choices made that differ from those selected or for timeframes other than those indicated. 1. RETURN WITH REFUND (NO EXCHANGE)

Access the EASY RETURN portal

Enter your order number and email address, and select the items you wish to return.
The refund will be made using the method chosen on the portal.

  • Payments by cash on delivery or bank transfer: Refunds will be made via bank transfer. Send your details via WhatsApp to +393508747042 .


2. RETURN WITH SIZE OR ITEM EXCHANGE

Access the EASY RETURN platform

Select the products you want to return and specify the new item or size.

  • If the new order has a lower amount, you will be refunded the difference.

  • If the amount is higher , the difference will be requested directly through the portal.


3. RETURN WITH REQUEST FOR VOUCHER

Access the EASY RETURN portal, select the products you want to return, and choose the β€œSale Voucher” option.

  • The voucher is non-refundable and is valid for a limited period.

  • Keep the code: if lost, it cannot be reissued .



❗ REFUSAL OF RETURN

If the returned product:

  • it is without the safety label,

  • it is different from what is indicated,

  • or has alterations/tampering,

You can initiate the process yourself through our returns portal, as long as the package is returned within the required timeframe. Creating the label may take 24-48 hours; after this time, you can contact customer support.

Once the item returns to the boutique, NIKLO takes a maximum of 1-3 business days to check its condition and confirm the request.
